Sophie Berryman
Sophie has over twenty years' experience in HR, having worked for SMEs, corporates and as a consultant. She is focused on improving performance, engagement and growth at every level, always keeping the employee experience top of mind.
She has a solid foundation in HR as well as strong knowledge and proven experience in change management, culture and engagement, talent management and L&D. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the LPI, she is certified in project and enterprise management with Prosci and is a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach.
She is positive, resilient and agile, providing trusted, pragmatic advice. She takes a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving and delivers strategic HR solutions that align with each client's organisational objectives.
