Sophie Berryman
Sophie is an experienced HR and organisational effectiveness leader who has worked with SMEs, global organisations and in consulting.
She helps organisations develop effective people practices, improve performance and navigate change. Her experience spans strategic HR, organisational effectiveness, change management and employee experience.
Sophie takes a practical, collaborative approach and is known for building relationships, finding pragmatic solutions and working closely with leaders to put ideas into practice.
She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), Prosci-certified in Change Management and a Gallup CliftonStrengths practitioner.
